Which Broker?

Inside the UFW Community, I go through the main broker options in more detail so members can understand what is available and choose what suits them best.

Why Trading 212 is my preferred choice for the UK, Europe and Australia

Infographic titled "Which Broker?" by UFW Invest, featuring a man in a blazer. It recommends Trading 212 for Europe & Australia ("Our family uses Trading 212 for Pie investing") and M1 for the United States ("A smart portfolio platform for US investors"). Both recommendations include illustrative icons of smartphones and pie charts.

For investors in the UK, Europe, and Australia, Trading 212 would be my preferred option because it is easy to use, well regulated, and has the Pie feature, which makes it much easier to build and manage a structured portfolio. That Pie structure is a big reason why it stands out, and it is also the platform our own kids have set up for that very reason.
A Pie is simply a way of grouping your investments together into one portfolio, with each stock forming a slice. That makes it much easier to follow a structured portfolio like the UFW 20 in a clear and organised way.

What about USA investors?

For investors based in the USA, my preferred option would be M1, as it also offers a Pie-style structure that makes it easy to build and manage a portfolio in a similar way.

If you are based in another country

If you are living in a country outside the UK, Europe, Australia, or the USA, just reach out and message me with the country you are based in, and I can point you in the right direction.
Inside the UFW Community, I review the different broker choices in more detail, but if you are looking for the platforms I would personally lean towards, it would be Trading 212 for the UK, Europe, and Australia, and M1 for the USA.
